Sr.Manager, Global MobilityService Delivery Lead

This candidate will be designated as theService Delivery Lead forthe Global Mobility team. They will havedirectinteraction with the RTX business unit leads, project managers, andbusiness relationship managers to help align,prioritizeand deliverthevision of RTX mobility.The Service Delivery Lead will also be responsible for ensuring the Global Mobility team andit’spartners areadhering to set SLA’s and may assist with end user support for issuing enrollment emails andapplying group policies where required.The candidate should have knowledge of multipleMobile Management technologies(MobileIron, AirWatch, Intune, SamsungKnoxand Mobile Threat Defense) and mobile OS(iOS,iPadOS, Android).

As theService DeliveryLead, this individualwill also be responsible for providing metrics on project progress,SLA trends, user feedback trendsand assist with maintain and creatingthe Global Mobility standard work.This person willreport to the Global Mobility Lead and work in the End UserCollaboration and User Experience team for Raytheon Technologiesand will help oversee and deliver the RTX Global Mobility strategic vision.

Responsibilities:
Address employee service concerns and escalations from the technology and process perspective.

Support cost optimization in the delivery of services and enable company cost reduction leveraging on available technologies.

Manage delivery,maintenanceand support of IT services by ensuring internal and 3rd party teams deliver services upon SLAs and internal control framework.

Provide local support to offshore teams in the delivery of services. This includes active participation in service reviews, perform activities "on the ground" (hands and eyes) improvement plans among other actions with Internal delivery teams and service partners.

Support development and deployment and of technologies, services, and security guidelines to improve employee experience. This includes supporting employees to understand company technologies, identify and drive opportunities to use it and championing use.

Assist with the creation and upkeep of the Global Mobility team’s standard work andServiceNOWKB’s

Occasional end user support requirements

Experience/Qualifications:
5+yearswork experience within a large enterprise environment preferred

Twoor more years of leadership responsibilities, including strategy, and staffing

Demonstrated experience of influencing key stakeholders across the organization and within complex contexts

Preferably proven experience or demonstrated capability in leading IT transformational initiatives in complex, dynamic environments where agile was applied at scale

Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.

Experience in large corporate server rollout and support

Experience in Large scale enterprise project management

Good time management with an ability to work ona number ofprojects and tasks concurrently setting own agendas and effectively prioritizing work

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of VMWare Workspace 1, MobileIron, Microsoft Intune environments, Samsung Knox

Knowledge and understanding of industry best practices

Strong understanding of iOS and Android OS

Understanding ofServiceNOWworkflow process

Ability to travel

Be a creative visionaryandself starter

Education:
Candidates for this role should possess a Bachelors Degree with +8 years experience, or and Advanced Degree with +5 years experience.
