JOB PURPOSE:
The Digital Business Analyst will be responsible for managing the deliverables and organizing project team resources to deliver external customer facing technology solutions for Graco's commercial platforms, primarily Graco.com. You will coordinate and facilitate with divisional stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of their projects. This consists of gathering, documenting, and analyzing user requirements and translating them into development tasks for the commercial development team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Facilitate/translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, epics, and roadmaps to drive value to the business
Provide development teams with clear documentation of business requirements to support them in the design and build of technology solutions
Partner collaboratively with divisional and regional stakeholders to maintain the backlog and work plan to ensure the required development work is well understood, defined, and organized to align with business priorities
Communicate with and facilitate meetings with stakeholders on project status, timelines, and code releases
Monitor and report on the status of project timing and resourcing needs and adjust development sprints as necessary
Identify project duration, effort, sequence, and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives
Evaluate current Agile practices, collects internal data and industry trends, and create plans for process improvements
Conducts and facilitates quality assurance reviews on development team deliverables and existing features for completeness and correctness to business requirements and functional specification documents
Create and maintain user test plans in Adobe Experience Manager; Work with end users and developers to perform system and regression testing
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Certifications
Experience
5 years of business analyst, QA experience or combination of both required
Experience with the development process and authoring in Enterprise Content Management Systems, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred
Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
Experience with digital content publishing workflows, or similar content management workflows
Experience with PIM, eCommerce, CRM, and third-party integrations
Experience with Agile software delivery management tools and techniques (Scrum, JIRA, confluence)
Agile certification a plus
Skills/Abilities/Competencies
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills to communicate effectively with development teams and divisional stakeholders
High level of organization
Ability to organize and train teams in geographically dispersed locations
