As a Senior Recruiter, you will be focused on our high growth Sales Strategy vertical as well as our Global Learning and Enablement vertical, developing and executing on a talent attraction strategy that will engage with top candidates and senior level leadership. Senior Recruiters are responsible for full life cycle talent acquisition efforts, including: candidate identification and development, candidate and hiring manager relationship management, candidate experience, screening/interviewing, selection, offer presentation & negotiation, and new hire pre-boarding/on-boarding. The ideal Senior Recruiter is self-directed, detail-oriented, and driven to contribute to Indeed’s reputation, growth and success. Manage full lifecycle recruiting
Utilize variety of search techniques to source highly qualified candidates in a consistent manner to meet the needs of the business
Foster long term relationships with high caliber talent, building and maintaining a network of candidates through effective sourcing strategies.
Own (create & execute) strategic initiatives to help Indeed to consistently improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the hiring process by identifying challenges and developing solutions.
Build and maintain effective relationships with Hiring Managers within the Sales Strategy and Global Learning & Enablement groups to understand talent needs. Use data, case studies & research to build trust and influence change.
Educate Hiring Managers on the landscape of the market and collaborate on hiring approaches to influence recruitment strategies to meet the talent needs of the business now and in the future.
Review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Act as an ambassador for candidate experience; identify gaps, initiate improvements and educate hiring groups.
Ensure consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates and reports
Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, with specific attention paid to continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline.
Act as subject matter expert for your client group
Use your knowledge and experience to help overcome challenges in the hiring process

Who You Are

7+ years of successful recruiting experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
2+ years of strategy, consulting, technical, or product recruitment experience preferred
Deep knowledge of recruiting strategies, processes & marketplace trends, highly developed search skills and comfort in managing the full recruitment life cycle.
Must have proven sourcing success within multiple functional areas
Ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships at all levels of the organization
Track record for solving complex problems, designing creative strategies and delivering significant impact.
Exceptional organizational skills, at ease with ambiguity, ability to deal with high complexity situations, comfortable with a high level of detail yet mindful of the bigger picture.
Works with a high level of autonomy but also understands the need to escalate as appropriate.
Strong critical thinker, ability to assess the overall impact and take appropriate action
Strong problem solving skills, ability to work autonomously and influence change
Demonstrates a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability
Comfortable handling confidential information in a discreet manner
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
