Elite Exteriors Georgia is a leading roofing company in the metro Atlanta area and Tennessee. We are looking for someone who can help keep our growing team of Sales Representatives organized and on track. Your main responsibility is to keep our team running like a well oiled machine. We are a newer company and would love someone who has office experience to help us streamline processes. The schedule will be Monday- Friday 9am-5pm. Our office is in downtown Hoschton.

Your Responsibilities:
- Recruit sales reps via job postings/ job fairs etc.
- Organize new hire onboarding and training
- Enter job information into CRM
- Handle weekly payroll
- Keep track of and follow up on insurance checks
- Reach out to customers for reviews
- Explore new sources for marketing and building revenue
- Ensure the work calendar is accurate and being utilized
Compensation:
- Salary of $2,000- $4,000 per month depending on experience
