What Your Days Will be Like:
Become part of the Accounting/Finance team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The role is to invoice customers and manage customer payments, plus assisting the Account Management team with vendor setup and other accounting-related questions.

Daily AR email inbox management, including follow up on inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders
Prepare customer invoices based on contractual terms
Work with customers and internal teams to provide paperwork and setup in customer's vendor portals
Update receivables by reconciling unapplied payments or credit memos
Prepare periodic reporting to provide updates on long-outstanding receivables
Assist with auditor requests during quarterly reviews and the year-end audit
Special projects as assigned

What You'll Need to Succeed:
Associate's or higher degree in Accounting is preferred
Minimum of one (1) year's relevant experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well independently
Team player who can work/interact with various departments and levels daily
Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage conflicting priorities to deliver a high quality work product.
