Collaborate with internal HR business leaders and Organization Effectiveness practitioners to assess performance gaps and respond to organizational development issues through creative and innovative experiential programs to accelerate leadership and management capabilities.
Support the learning and development process including needs assessment, curriculum design, and content development utilizing instructional design methodology and principals of adult learning theory. Design and implement learning evaluations that consists of a plan of action that integrates learning with business goals and strategic imperatives to measure learning effectiveness.
Design and develop business related experiential learning solutions for front-line managers.
Support the delivery and facilitation of leadership programs to include: workshops, presentations, group discussions, leadership forums, and team simulations delivered via all types of modalities, including face-to-face and virtual classroom.
Partner with external vendors as needed to enhance overall program design and experiential learning programs to increase leadership effectiveness. Program manage all work products to include facilitator and participant materials, presentation medias, job aides, and on the job development accelerators.
This position may be filled at either a level 2 or 3.
3years related experience in organizational development, instructional design or related discipline with Bachelor's OR1 year experiencewith a Master's
6years related experience in organizational development, instructional design or related discipline with Bachelor's OR6 years experience with a Master's
Experience in a corporate learning or training organization with focused on analysis, design and development of leadership development curriculums and course materials utilizing multiple delivery modalities.
Expertise in the development of classroom and blended learning training, adult learning methodologies, and facilitation for senior-level audiences.
Demonstrated ability and proven experience communicating and presenting to all levels of management including senior executives.
Ability to travel up to 30%
Certification in Group Facilitation
Certification in facilitating Development Dimensions International (DDI) workshops
Working knowledge of design and development of competency frameworks
