About the Role:
As a Senior Rebate Analyst, you will report directly into the Associate Director - Membership & Contract Compliance and will play a vital role in supporting the Sales Excellence team at Convatec North America. In this position, you will be responsible for leveraging your subject matter expertise to provide oversight for data analysis, processing, and payment of rebates associated with GPO, Distributor, and IDN contracts.
Your primary duties will include analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing insights to support the sales team in achieving their objectives. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that rebate processing and payment procedures are compliant with company policies and procedures.
In addition to providing day-to-day support, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives, identify areas for optimization, and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that drive efficiencies and enhance the overall rebate process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Development and maintenance of complex manual rebate calculations
-
Lead in the design, development, and maintenance of a systematic/automated approach to the manual calculations

Development of automated KPI indicators to trend rebate performance and assist sales growth

Ensure the proper evaluation and interpretation of contracts terms to ensure accuracy of rebate payments as per the terms and conditions of the contracts

Vendor Management payment issuance

Maintain systems and logs to track the status of rebate processing and payments for review by management and finance

Identify areas of opportunity to streamline and automate internal processes and documentation

Provide critical input to business units ensuring the effective translation of business strategies into compliant contract rebate administration

Responsible for the analysis and resolution of disputed rebates

Ad-hoc projects as needed

Travel Requirements:

Less than 10% - In terms of travel, this position requires approximately 10% of your time to be spent on travel-related activities. If fully remote, you may be required to visit the office in Bridgewater, NJ once a year. This visit will provide an opportunity for learnings, training, and a chance to meet and greet your colleagues. Additionally, there may be occasions when you attend specific conferences or trade shows to remain up to date on industry knowledge and represent the company.

Education and Qualifications:

B.S. degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business or related field

4-6 years of experience in Sales Analytics or Rebate Administration is required

Experience with contract administration (Membership, Chargebacks, Contract Management) in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries preferred

Experience with GPO, IDN, Collaborative customers preferred

Excel and Access skills required

Knowledge of SAP and Vistex preferred

Strong analytical and project management skills required

Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a cross-matrixed environment required
