Job Responsibilities

The Cybersecurity Awareness & Training Associate Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy and plan to instill and maintain a culture of security at Raytheon Technologies Corporation. Using various approaches and supporting technologies, the individual will orchestrate a program that provides cybersecurity communications and education to all employees and contractors of the global workforce. In addition the role requires developing and executing a company wide Phishing program along with implementing a cyber security communication strategy to the enterprise

The position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborate with Cybersecurity & Digital Technology leadership to define an overarching strategy for the program - one that identifies current threats to securing organizations and how best practices in cybersecurity communications and education initiatives mitigate those threats
Be able to run the Enterprise wide Cybersecurity Phishing and Communication projects
Be able to run the Enterprise wide Awareness and Training programs
Develop an annual plan of cybersecurity communications and education initiatives, campaigns, events, etc. that align to, and can be measured back to, the OKRs. Examples of current program initiatives include: Cybersecurity Ambassador Program, Annual Phishing Campaign, Annual Cybersecurity Awareness Month, and more.
Collaborate closely with RTX corporate organizations, including the Corporate Communications, Ethic’s and Compliance Learning, Raytheon Technologies Business Units, and Enterprise Services organizations, and with the appropriate stakeholders in the Business Units to ensure alignment on the annual plan and coordinate dependencies
Collaborate with Cybersecurity & Digital Technology leadership to define appropriate Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) that support the overarching strategy
Manage a staff of Direct Reports and consultants
Provide insight into measurable outcomes as a result of the program (e.g. fewer phishing emails clicked on each quarter)
Evaluate the current technical platforms supporting the program and propose changes to optimize performance and licensing spend
Ensure program satisfies compliance requirements from across the enterprise, such as the Digital Policy Framework, by maintaining current procedure documentation and evidence for program processes
Provide overarching program administration such as defining and executing a budget; managing staff, contractors, and interns; managing contracts for products and services; reporting status; etc.

Experience/Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of progressive IT/Digital or Technology-related roles
Minimum 5 years of people management experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in program management for enterprise programs (preferably for organizations of 200k+ people, across the country and around the globe)
Demonstrate understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, best practices, and emerging trends and technologies
Demonstrate understanding of Project Management methodologies
Demonstrate understanding of learning styles, education and training techniques, and marketing and communication tactics
Must have strong relationship building, influencing and consultation skills and be able to establish and maintain positive work relationships with peers, management, key stakeholders and clients
Ability to lead structured meetings and deliver messages to management
Strong analytical problem solving, priority setting, facilitation, and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and lead through influence to accomplish challenging goals & objectives
Entrepreneurial multi-tasker who can be highly efficient with limited resources
Must work well under pressure and have the flexibility to manage multiple demands
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively influence across all levels of the organization

Education:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 10 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 8 years experience.
