We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our energetic team-oriented practice. This role requires someone that is outgoing and organized, with an engaging personality to connect with our patients! Roles and Responsibilities:
-Provide unparalleled customer service to patients and referring doctors
-Exhibit behaviors, performance, and appearance that promote an elevated practice environment
-Schedule patient appointments and act as the practice's hygiene coordinator
-Ensure that the front desk is covered, and the telephone is always answered promptly
-Ensure that correspondence to referring doctors are sent out in a timely manner
-Support treatment and financial coordinators to meet case acceptance goals
-Calculate and collect payment from patients for current and future appointments
-Ensure all job safety requirements and all applicable OSHA safety standards are followed
Qualifications and Education Requirements
-High school diploma required and associates or higher preferred
-2+ years experience in dentistry or hospitality
-Ability to work flexible hours and demonstrates regular and predictable attendance
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (required)

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
