Role Summary:
GE Corporate Air Transport is seeking an experienced, flexible, and motivated new team member. The captain will serve as the pilot-in-command and be the final authority for domestic corporate aircraft operations. He/she will share the responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft with the second-in-command in compliance with all applicable regulations, company policies/procedures.

Essential Responsibilities:
Maintain the highest levels of integrity by being honest, fair, and trustworthy in all activities and relationships.
Be the final authority for the operation of company aircraft in compliance with all applicable regulations and company.
Participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) as an ambassador of safety, identifying and evaluating the risk factors associated with each flight, mitigating when necessary.
Support the open and transparent communication of all safety issues and report all safety hazards and concerns.
Empower and inspire other team members, striving to share knowledge and promote growth and continuous improvement.
Foster an open and positive operational environment through the use of CRM with all team members.
Have the courage to voice suggestions, discomfort or concern in an objective, clear, and solution oriented manner – with the authority to delay, cancel, or discontinue a flight when conditions are determined unsuitable.
Assist other team members to ensure adherence to our operational priorities of safety, economy, and customer focus
Effectively, thoroughly, and consistently plan and prepare for each flight assignment, considering all facets of aircraft operations and customer requirements.
In partnership with maintenance, ensure the airworthiness of company aircraft prior to flight.
Maintain proficiency with the aircraft, cabin systems, and all technology supporting the flight operation.
Keep abreast of new regulations, policies, procedures, and industry trends.
Ensure all required documentation is provided to the Director of Safety and Standards in a timely manner.
Ensure all required reports and paperwork are submitted to the appropriate department in a timely manner.
Complete required training in a timely manner.
Complete ancillary duties as assigned and appropriate.

Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
FAA First Class Medical
3000 hours
Total Time (Airplane)
1500 hours multi engine
1500 hours pilot-in-command
1000 hours jet aircraft
5 years of experience in a structured aviation environment (business aviation, government, airline)
Type rating and experience in multi-engine turbine aircraft
Valid passport and driver’s license.
Eligible to travel worldwide without restrictions
Experience operating multi-engine turbine aircraft in winter weather environments
Proficiency with paperless cockpits or electronic flight bags
Exceptional customer focus and interpersonal skills
Positive and professional team-oriented attitude
4 year college degree
Ability to report for duty within 1 hour of notification to Cincinnati Municipal Airport -
Must be resilient and able to work a flexible schedule, including the completion of non-flight related ancillary assignments
Must pass background check and drug screening
iOS/PC/Microsoft Office proficiency

Desired Characteristics:
HondaJet Type Rating with experience.
Light to Mid-Size business jet operating experience strongly preferred.
Experience with the use of Garmin 1000/3000/5000 avionics.
Post-graduate degree
Airframe PowerplantCertificat
Experience with FOS, ARINC-Direct, Rockwell Collins Flight Manager, Jeppesen FD, and Foreflight
