Seeking experienced restaurant and service staff who get satisfaction from putting a smile on a customer's face.

Preferred qualifications include:

FOH: At least two years experience as a keyholder in a retail or food service setting that puts a premium on exemplary customer service.

This posting is for a front of house position in a food service establishment like no other. It's also one of the most supportive, positive, and energetic work environments around with a close knit crew that anticipates each others needs and works together to keep this small, independently owned and operated business humming. These positions start off with weekend and evening shifts, between 20 and 30 hours a week, but if you make yourself a home there is room to grow with us.

Front of House Necessary qualifications:

-- willing to accept a challenge and interested in learning and moving quickly
-- experience as a cashier in high volume settings
-- ability to quickly build rapport with a diverse customer base
-- strength in explaining procedures and operations to patrons
-- problem solving under pressure
-- a natural affinity for providing extraordinary customer service

Additional desired experience and skills

-- background and recent real world experience in fields that include a lot of hustle and bustle including but certainly not limited to emergency medicine, barista, bartending, event production
-- general confidence and savviness in learning using new technology

FOH Responsibilities will include:

-- ensuring showtimes begin promptly, using a variety of formats including a variety of physical and digital media
-- in an affable and friendly way explaining details and specials to customers, ensuring a flawless experience for every patron
-- pouring beer, wine, soda and scooping popcorn, taking food orders from an extensive, cooked to serve menu
-- quickly and efficiently bussing tables, sweeping, disinfecting and preparing a large space
-- assisting in our kitchen, which may include food prep and dishwashing tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.04 - $12.00 per hour
