Role Responsibilities
Ownership of Packaging Data, Data Analytics and Performance Reporting
Ownership of Development Strategy and Execution for Performance Reporting and Data Analytics
Lead Packaging Strategic Initiatives that Support Process Improvement
Identify, Develop and Implement Quality and Operational Improvements and Cost Reductions within the Packaging Operations Area
Ownership of External Cause Impact Performance and Improvement
Participation of Monthly Supply Packaging Performance Review Process
Point of Contact for Zone and Global Tech Supply

Job Qualifications

BS in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics or similar disciplines
Strong leadership skills and influence, results oriented
Minimum 3 years experience including a combination of technical, engineering, and packaging operations
Superior analytical and problem solving skills utilizing the PDCA methodology
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team atmosphere. Excellent verbal and written communications
Solid background in VPO fundamentals
Willingness to execute a belt project (green, black, etc.)
Willingness to travel up to 30% of time
