Aerotek has an immediate opening for a Front Office Admin in Tempe, AZ.

Job Summary: Reporting to the Business Operations Supervisor, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers. The Administrative Assistant will work on a team and build relationships with coworkers, understand the big picture, and be willing to help others.

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
Build strong relationships with internal and external customers
Greet guests as they arrive
Maintain calendars for the meeting spaces
Abide by the 1/24 rule. Respond to all calls/emails within one hour of receipt and follow up with a solution or status within 24 hours
Purchasing and Organization
Examples include, but are not limited to, ordering and maintaining supply inventory, coordinating and ordering food for meetings, organizing new hire desks, maintaining virtual seating charts, maintaining name tags.
Departmental Reporting
Examples include, but are not limited to, Company Aging, Billing Specialist Audit, Invoices in Process, Invoice Delivery Audit, Contractor Count, Leave Accrual, Pending InfoPath Forms, EID Clean-Up Report, Duplicate Collector Report, Payroll Registers, etc.
Additional departmental duties and reporting as deemed necessary

Qualifications:
Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills:
1-2 years of relevant experience
Strong organizational and analytical abilities
Strong communication skills and work ethic
Self-starter
Positive attitude
Goal driven with problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel preferred

Compensation/Benefits:
$16.83/hr
Up to $3000 a year in bonus potential
