We are a Series A-stage startup based in San Francisco, CA looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist who is motivated by building products that will help change the world. We're growing quickly, and want you to grow with us!
The Role
Once a merchant has made the decision to partner with EcoCart, you're the product expert and rapport-building extraordinaire who introduces the merchant's team to the breadth of EcoCart's functionality and helps them achieve their sustainability goals. You'll be overseeing their EcoCart implementation from install to adoption. With an ever-evolving platform like EcoCart, you'll need to be agile, creative, and resourceful to apply EcoCart's functionality to a variety of unique merchant needs and help them complete the integration.
We are looking for
- 2+ years in a customer facing role for a SaaS company. Bonus points for:

Prior experience with an eCommerce product, e.g Shopify apps

Prior experience in a customer onboarding role for a tech startup

Above-average technical acumen (Opening the browser console, manipulating data in spreadsheets, running pre-built database queries, performing basic software testing etc.)

Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate in English

A self-starting problem solver with excellent knowledge retention

Must have an appropriate remote work environment (including stable, high-speed broadband internet connection) with the ability to initiate and receive screen share meetings with team members and customers
A day in the life
- Emails and virtual meetings with newly signed merchants, their agency partners, software vendors, and/or other stakeholders to complete the EcoCart integration

Coordination with Sales and Engineering to resolve technical and non-technical issues during onboarding

Creating and maintaining internal/customer-facing documentation and FAQs related to customer onboarding

Maintaining a system of record for past and ongoing customer onboardings

Logging product feedback from customer interactions

Working with the team lead to continuously improve the customer onboarding process
