Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.
Provides general office support.
Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned.
Strong skill level on Microsoft software is mandatory –
Experience with project- based assignments including extensive Excel skills.
Ideal candidate would have experience with Concur, MS Travel, HeadTrax and MyOrder (or similar tools in corporate setting).
Candidate will need to be self-motivated, driven to excellence, possess a positive and can-do attitude.
The sponsor ideally would like the candidate to have at least 3+ years of Administrative experience supporting high level executive and a team as well.
Years of experience required:
Microsoft Office Suite – Calendaring, MUST be Advanced in Excel,
Must be able to show up and perform without training in Excel and Outlook
Proactive attitude, proven leader, not afraid to ask questions and ‘own’ processes
Experience Managing multiple calendars
Experience supporting a variety of teams
Soft Skills- teachable, and willing to learn/grow
3+ years of Admin experience
Best vs. average:
MSFT experience preferred
