The Corporate Gifting & B2B Sales Representative is responsible for growing Clif Family sales in our Corporate Gifting channel - specifically with customers in the tech, enterprise, real estate, and events markets.
At Clif Family Winery, we craft unique, regional wine and foods using practices that care for the earth and support growers who use sustainable and organic farming methods. In this way, we contribute to a healthy, vibrant community. The Clif Family Farm is a CCOF certified organic farm that provides produce for our Bruschetteria Food Truck. We source our wines from local growers and 10 acres of certified organic estate vineyards located on Howell Mountain.
What is Corporate Gifting? Companies of all sizes and across all industries use gifts as a way establish or enhance important business relationships with clients, employees, prospects and partners. Gifts of artisan food and wine from Clif Family are the perfect way to recognize a job well done, a contract signed, or to say Happy Holidays. The Corporate Gifting Sales Rep will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing prospective gifting business and offering white glove customer service to current customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of increasing sales revenue while providing excellent customer service. Their responsibilities will include generating sales leads, following up with prospects, closing sales and establishing long lasting business relationships with our current and prospective clients. This position will also involve travel for Clif Family pop-up events, networking events, and outreach. (Note that Bay Area residency is not a requirement for eligibility).

Kit Crawford and Gary Erickson, co-owners of Clif Bar & Company, started Clif Family Winery & Farm in 2004 to bring together their passions for wine, food and farming. In 2011, we opened the Clif Family tasting room in downtown St. Helena, creating a unique consumer experience where wine, food and cycling are celebrated and blended.
