Develops collaborative relationships with physicians by providing education on new service lines and technology, identifying issues and barriers and taking corrective measures to enhance physicians loyalty to the hospital and drive revenue. Assists with planning and sales objectives based upon market assessment and identified physician needs. Conducts on-going analysis of referral data to identify loyal and splitter physicians for all service lines with concentration on annual business development initiatives. Manages the details of the sales process (prospecting, gatekeeper management, client engagement and presentation, identification of barriers, and follow-up calls). Identifies medical staff alignment opportunities such as partnerships and joint ventures.
Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Public or Health Administration or related field and three (3) years experience in health related sales and/or sales territory management and two (2) years experience in physician sales. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of RMC market.
