Enterprise Services (ES) is Raytheon Technologies shared services engine. By partnering with the businesses and functions, the ES team creates value by providing a comprehensive set of business and digital services that ultimately drive new levels of growth and profitability for the company. Part of ES Strategy and Transformation, the Digital Integration and Transformation team is leading Project Optimus and accelerating the simplification, modernization and integration of our digital solutions to simplify and reduce IT complexity and deliver cost synergies.
The Program & Synergy Management office within the Strategy and Transformation team is looking for a passionate candidate to guide synergy capture within the Enterprise Services (ES) organization. The Program & Synergy Management office is focused on both enabling the continued integration of a one RTX and driving the maturity of ES synergy projects in order to exceed post-merger synergy goals.
The role will require working with stakeholders within the RTX corporate organization and 4 business units of Raytheon Technologies to develop relationships and execute synergy capture plans that create the greatest value for our employees and shareholders. A successful candidate for the position must be able to work in a dynamic work environment and build strong working relationships.
Key Responsibilities include:
Coordinate the development and execution business plans and strategies to grow synergy savings realization as part of an overarching business strategy.
Work with stakeholders to influence decisions within the context of long-term strategic goals and objectives.
Collaborate with team to complete new project activities, including strategy development, proposal development, and negotiation.
Influence operational strategies and plans with direct impact on results.
Support program coordination, meeting financial, customer service and schedule objectives.
Serve as a primary contact for program activities.
Coordinate across the corporation to develop and leverage best practices for synergy capture.
Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline with 10 years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree in the appropriate discipline with 8 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to work with a cross-functional team in a matrix environment.
Demonstrated ability to influence others and present to Leadership.
Ability to quickly develop an in-depth understanding of the customers and organization.
Education: Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience.
US Citizen or US Person required as work may involve visibility to ITAR related projects.
