Equivalent Experience
Description:
Candidates will be assiting with the production of The Bola Wrap. The BolaWrap® 100 is a hand-held remote restraint device that discharges an 8 foot bola style Kevlar® tether at 640 feet per second to entangle a subject at a range of 10 - 25 feet
1st Shift: Monday through Thursday 6am to 4:30pm
There are two lines of production:
Cartridge - This line is going to be making the front half of the device that is going to have the half charge of a bullet in it along with the Kevlar cord and the barbs that come out to detain the subject.
Device - This is the line that will house the cartridge. This will also have the trigger.
They are going to be using the following hand tools:
Screw Drivers, Torques Wrenches, go and no go gauges, pliers, etc.
They are going to be working off of work instructions and blue prints as they are building the product.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience assembling small parts or components with small hand tools .
- Experience doing very detailed intricate assembly work
- Experience working under a microscope would be a plus
- Must be able to follow blueprints/work instructions
