Our Supply group is responsible for brewing, packaging and shipping the famous Budweiser beer. They also oversee aluminum can manufacturing, barley fields, hop farms and a rice mill. Life in supply is non-stop action with high-speed lines, tight production schedules and unbelievably high quality standards. This is a place where we measure productivity in seconds, not hours, days or weeks. We leverage our supply group to help our communities during times of disaster by packaging cans of emergency drinking water. Our customers expect the best and the Supply team provides it.

Responsibilities:
Maintenance Process owner for all support equipment and overall facility
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
Provide direction, coaching and counseling to production and maintenance Team Members
Work closely with the Management Team to maintain a safe and highly efficient manufacturing environment
Full ownership of setting quality standards and implementing process improvements in maintenance area of responsibility
Create and improve Standard Operating Procedures and insure compliance
Develop and revise preventative maintenance plan for all equipment in area of ownership
Build out and manage facility budget
Influence your team to embed VPO management tools in the facility, and drive housekeeping and 5S practices

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Science
Strong knowledge and understanding of manufacturing equipment and systems
Experience with Air Compressors/systems, vacuum systems, water systems, boilers, gas systems preferred
Management experience in manufacturing environment preferred
Working knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems
Ability to manage budget, drive cost savings and champion cost control initiatives
Excellent communication, planning, analyzing, influencing and organization skills
Strong ability to set, monitor, drive, and meet goals
