The Moz Group is looking hire a Talent Sourcer to support our recruiting team. As a Talent Sourcer you will play a vital role by finding and engaging with individuals whose skills and background align with our hiring needs. You'll be the first point of contact people have with our company so in addition to solid research skills you also need to be able to craft engaging emails.
This is a 6 month contract.
We are an office optional company. This position can be fully remote from anywhere within the USA. We're also open to having folks be based out of our Seattle, WA office.

You will spend most of your time searching for and reaching out to potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
You will partner with the recruiters to understand the current and planned talent needs for the company and help develop strategies to help us find the right people.
You will conduct initial conversations with candidates to better understand their backgrounds and also to answer their questions.

Prior experience sourcing passive candidates in a high volume environment.
You should be a learn it all who can research and dive deep on new topics.
Prior experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Prior experience with applicant tracking systems such as Jobvite.
