Equivalent Experience
Description:
Will be working at Intel, fast paced environment. Use misc rigging equipment to install process tools (semiconductor equipment) and pedestals (metal support structures) into a clean room environment while maintaining a cleanness standard exceeding a hospital operating room. Employees will be expected to transport delicate equipment in an operational clean room factory with extremely tight clearances while adhereing to all OSHA and customer safety standards.
Will be working in the fab to disassemble tools. May be working on the dock (which can be hot in the summer time since it's an open area) which includes equipment being unloaded, uncrated, and moved into dedicated wipe down areas for installation into the clean room factory.
5 different teams that contractors could be put on. They will eventually be trained in all the different areas or rigging.
Install Group - installing tables, pedestals (metal support structures), anchoring down equipment
Tool Install - leveling out the machines, assembling machine parts
Rigging group - transporting equipment from the dock, moving in and out of the fab
Fab Support - uncrating and crating equipment
Heavy rigging - doing electrical work, processing equipment (this is more advanced and will not be starting here)
