Evening and Night Availability is Needed Due to Increase of Staffed Hours
We are an educational website for children from elementary to high school seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team!
This position includes customer service functions such as online live chat, answering emails and phone calls, and responding to customers on social media. As a remote worker, you will need to be independent and self-motivated, holding yourself accountable for tasks and ongoing responsibilities with little supervision.
The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, a quick learner, and have problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially written, as well as reliable high-speed internet and a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
We are looking for someone proactive, trustworthy, empathetic, and patient, with the ability to handle difficult customer situations and turn a negative experience into a positive one. You should be skilled in communication and able to work well with the internal organization (team) and external customers.
In addition to customer service, this position offers many opportunities for growth in other areas of the company.
This is a full-time position, offering a pay rate of $16.00 - $22.00 per hour, with paid time off and the ability to work from home. Open Schedules include Monday-Friday 12:00 PM- 8:00 PM Pacific and Weekends 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific. Morning shifts are full, but you may have the opportunity to grow into these shifts as you earn seniority.
