Business Process Specialist

As part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization, RTX is seeking a Business Process Specialist who is a vital link between our Cybersecurity operations and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment of tasks of our IAM – Cybersecurity division. This individual must have hands-on experience working productively with business units, application development and infrastructure support teams to introduce efficiencies in supporting RTX vision and best practices. The individual should also be able to perform incident investigations for audit and oversight groups.

Job Responsibilities Include

Establish strong, lasting relationships with key Business Unit Liaison, Team Leads as well as Stakeholders to ensure they are receiving support as required.
Build out business requirements, test cases, defects lists and go-live plan for all implementations.
Validation of product go-live to ensure the requirements are met and defects are eliminated for a successful release.
Conduct training sessions & demos to various team when releasing a new catalog item.
Assist in the design and optimization of various programs.
Analyze and reconcile provided data sets to identify root causes around client account questions/issues.
Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Manage technical difficulties, working with developers when necessary.
Use a variety of data analysis and organizational tools to uncover insights.
Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges.
Migrating legacy systems into one consolidated request system for easy use for business units.
Identifying and analyzing legacy workflows & systems and assist with migration work and/or decommission if and where necessary.
Contribute as a Technical and Business Operations team member to assist with EIM SailPoint Certifications.
Provide additional support and insight to the technical team performing various Identity and Access Management tools such as LDAP, Active Directory, SailPoint, etc.

Skills and Experience

Must be able to engage with infrastructure professionals, pose intelligent and probing questions, plan, perform and manage security administration, provide accurate and detailed information, and quickly learn key concepts of how a technology operates including its control strengths and weaknesses.
Minimum 5 of years’ experience working with Identity and Access Management – User Access Administration, Group/Role Administration, Risk & Compliance processes around access provisioning.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions (e.g., OIM, SailPoint)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with the ServiceNow, SailPoint, Active Directory, LDAP, Single Sign-On, Multifactor Authentication, and other IAM related tools.
Sharp problem-solving, analytical and innovation skills
Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, analytical, technical skills, and ability to translate complex ideas into simple language for non-technicians.
Strong technical, business, and strategic thinking skills.
Detail-oriented with strong conceptual, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
Keen leadership and project management skills, ability to drive projects from inception to completion.
The ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to completion is important for all IT Business Analysts.
Ability to understand the team’s challenges and develop solution.
Experience supporting IAM solutions with role-based access controls design, methodology and best practices.
Knowledge of IT/Application/Software/Development lifecycles, including Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of quality assurance and procedures.
Ability to work effectively with remote teams domestic and international.

Education and Certifications

Candidates for this role should possess a Bachelors Degree +5yrs experience, or an Advanced Degree +3yrs experience.
Security Certification a plus.
ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert a plus.
