Kolosso Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Appleton Wisconsin is looking for an Automotive Business Development Representative to join our rapidly growing Business Development Center (BDC). We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-service oriented person who understands the wants and needs of our automotive customers.

This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience. As a representative, you will work with sales leads generated through our online marketing campaigns and dealer websites. Internet leads are increasing in number, and you will have many opportunities in our fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, prospective vehicles, and their purchase options. You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market. We have in-house training dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturer. Kolosso will give you the tools to be successful.

Internet/BDC Representative Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
  • Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
  • Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
  • Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $75,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
