Description: Company performs maintenance and repair requests through partnerships with Property Managers and Real Estate Professionals in Reno. The contracting work consists of multi unit repairs/upgrades, painting solutions, as well as flooring and tile. The position in need is a Foreman to oversee these jobs and have them completed in a timely and quality manner.
Bags on as necessary (Estimated to be 25-35% of the time bags on the other time shall be spent Coordinating / Supervising).
Oversight of multiple jobs / crews, executing remodeling / repair work.
Responsible for keeping jobs on time and on / under budget.
Assist with Procurement of materials needed for jobs.
Extensive trade knowledge of multiple facets of remodeling.
Working under Superintendent and alongside Project Coordinator's plan / direction to handle all duties associated with ensuring crews execute multiple jobs simultaneous and efficiently.
Company provides truck for daily use.
Company provides all tools needed for job.
