We have an immediate opening for a Front Office Admin to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for receiving incoming monies, reporting and tracking vehicle payments received, contacting customers to expedite/follow-up on payments, and assisting with daily title processing. Our Front Office Admin also provides clerical support to our Front Office as needed. This includes helping customers at the counter, scanning, processing mail, etc. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has a high attention to detail, thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and can maintain a professional, calm demeanor during difficult conversations. Our ideal candidate will have at least two years of administrative work experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Previous automotive industry experience or title experience is a plus. A valid driver’s license, three-year driving abstract and background check will be required for this position.
