Responsible for leading the implementation of our vision and strategy on behalf of the Frisch's brand. Leads and directs daily restaurant operations of the assigned Region to grow sales and guest counts and achieve profit/margins while maintaining high operating standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Partners with cross functional teams on projects that leads to the development, implementation and adoption of new procedures, processes, and technologies for the long-term success of the Frisch's brand.
Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, restaurant management, or related field.
7+ years of increasingly responsible restaurant operations management experience including exposure (knowledge) of marketing, business planning, training and human resources.
Extensive experience in performance measurement and P&L analysis.
Proven track record of qualitative analytical skills and problem solving that drives innovative solutions to complex situations.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including effective presentation skills to all levels of the organization.
Strong strategic thinking and organization skills that enable the individual to manage direct reports, influence stakeholders, lead multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
