Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Operations Dean and other division leadership, the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) provides administrative and analytical support to the Executive Vice Chancellor and other division leadership for day-to-day operations as well as division programs or projects. This includes preparing correspondence in various formats, meeting facilitation, preparing spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and other operational and strategic communication support, and working within a team environment to perform annual planning of program or project goals. The incumbent also collaborates with other division’s operations team to achieve divisional goals and objectives.
