Our Denver warehousing facility offers inventory management, order processing, pick & pack, logistics and other valuable services tailored to our clients program requirements. We also offer transportation services across Colorado. Our fleet of trucks and company drivers provide truck loading, LTL, and intermodal service. We offer comprehensive transportation services to ensure our customers programs run smoothly.

We are currently seeking a Dynamic Billing Associate/ Customer Service Representative. This person should be a self starter, high energy individual and be able to interact with many different team members across various departments. This person will be able to be able to provide excellent service to our clients by being responsive, attentive, accurate and friendly. Mon through Friday 8am to 5:00pm. No weekends or holidays. Duties include: * Learning customers products and systems

*Working with dispatch to coordinate deliveries

* Invoicing

* Scheduling

* Researching and Resolving customer complaints

* Working with warehouse personnel to verify customer inventory and product delivery

* Other duties as required to assist the Transportation Dept.

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Competency in computer skills
  • Exceptional communication
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment
  • 3 years of customer service and billing experience (preferred)
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Great attitude and positive disposition
